Yes, it is yet another liver recipe, my own concoction, and wow. Super yummy!
Requires: 1 already cooked sweet potato.
Prep (optional): soak approximately 1 lb. liver overnight in fridge in diluted lemon juice.
Saute liver in lemon juice in cast iron fry pan. Add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 3 large cloves chopped garlic and 1 thumb chopped turmeric. Cook until liver is done (turns brown, inside and out).
Add sweet potato, liver mixture and several ladles of bone broth to vitamix. Churn till smooth.
ADD SALT TO TASTE! Without salt it is barely edible. Add several large shakes of salt and it becomes incredible, sweet and wonderful.
I blended half and stored half unblended for another meal.
