Cranberry Sauce

Here’s a super fast and easy recipe for yummy cranberry sauce


12-14 ounces (2 cups) fresh cranberries. (Can be frozen).
1/2 cup apple juice or apple sauce
1 tbsp orange juice
2 tsp orange zest (grating from 1/2 orange)
Cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg (about 1/4 tsp or to taste)
2 tsp raw honey (or to taste)

Mix above ingredients (except honey) in pot and put on medium high heat. Cook about 10 minutes (until berries pop), stirring as needed. Remove from heat and stir in honey. It will thicken as it cools.

Enjoy hot or cold
