Smoothies

Good ingredients = good smoothie, and there are countless great options, but here’s a couple favorites:

Very simple, very good:

1/2 banana
25 (ish) blueberries
10 raspberries
1/2 pear (optional)
1 carrot
1/2 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
1/2 teaspoon moringa powder (optional)
1 raw egg (or just 1 raw yolk)
1 cup milk

Here’s another:

1 banana
approximately 1 cup liquid (often equal mix of water kefir, nettle/oatstraw/horsetail infusion, raw milk)
1 heaping teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon fermented cod liver oil blend with butter oil CHOCOLATE flavor (optional)
1/3 avocado
1 heaping tablespoon coconut oil
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter (or a bit more)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup (grade b preferred) (optional)
5-10 leaves fresh mint or 1 teaspoon dried mint
1 kale leaf

Mix in vitamix till smooth and creamy.
