Kale Chips

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

1 bunch organic kale
1 tbsp coconut oil (approximately)
Himalayan or Celtic Sea Salt

Rip good size chunks of kale from stem. Place in bowl and add oil, massage into leaves.
Lay kale on cooling rack on top of cookie sheet. Sprinkle liberally with salt.
Bake for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Rotate pan and bake for another 13 or so minutes.
